Precise Micropore composite screen PMC Screen
The PMC screen is composed of base pipe, composed sand-control
screen jacket, and S.S. Shroud, etc.
The base pipe material is API standard. The inner sand control
layer is multi-layer composed screening layer, and its the filter
rating is specially & optimally designed for the sand dia.
The structure improves both the sand control liability and anti
blocking ability, the blocking period is 2-3 times longer than
normal screen pipes.

layer stainless meshes, with strong sand control liability.
4. The Shroud( Outside Jacket) of Lateral flow hole offers
protection of the composite sand control layers.

Features
1. Multi Layer Stainless Sand Control Screen with higher sand
control liability.
2. Extrusion deformation and bending deformation resistance. The
sand-control ability will not be influenced when the radial
deformation reaches 40%, which achieves the operation requirements
of the horizontal wells.
3. Large filtering area , small flow resistance & high output.
4. Adjustability of filtering size. (Deviation<10 microns), with
no deformation of filtering hole.
5. Filtration pores were evenly distributed with high fluid
permeability, good anti-blocking & back washing ability. The
blocking period is 2-3 times longer than normal screen pipes.
6. Base pipe is API standard, the filtering layer is high quality
stainless steel. High Corrosion resistant , CO2,Cl-,H2S resistance.
7. Small OD, light weight, easy for horizontal moving to place.
